Full Description
This is a really beautiful and good quality set of oak dining chairs, made by hand and peg jointed throughout and of Arts and Crafts design.

Each back splat carved with a pair of cocatrice style beasts in the medieval manner and with well shaped splats and drop in original seats which have all been newly re-rushed.

The chairs are heavy, sturdy and robust with no loose joints. They are very well made and have a lovely fumed oak warm and consistent colour throughout the set.

A very small number of dings and bruises consistent with age and use but very few.  The oak is particularly good quality and aa hard as iron and these chairs will give another hundred years of good service without any difficulty.
