Retaining its three original bevelled glass windows and with lovely fitted silk panels to back and front in a dark gold and black stripe - a recent replacement for the original silk which was faded and in tatters and of a similar design.
Each circular window is framed with gilded laurel and leaf raised decoration and with beautifu beaded and moulded borders. Minor wear but looking exactly as it should and retaining the original brass hinges in excellent working order.
The screen opens properly and sits firm and level - a very handsome example.
