Full Description
A very beautiful small Victorian settee in the manner of Howard & Sons with a rolled top rail and chesterfield buttoned back, very deep and wide padded seat and set on original oak legs with fluted bulb design to the front and raked and angled back legs, all terminating in solid brass original casters with beaded mounts. The casters appear to be Copes patent.

Recently upholstered in a beautiful and good quality warm lemon fabric with matching roped braid finish and pale cream embossed pattern with no marks or damage.

A lovely and fairly small example, ready for its new home - really comfortable and excellent quality and in excellent condition for age.
From a private home in Lincolnshire where the settee has been from many decades and the family paid a small fortune quite recently for this beautifully finished upholstery.

With three feather filled cushions in the same fabric.

A really comfortable and well padded settee of a most attractive design and a lovely mid Victorian example
