Full Description
A very fine solid mahogany two tier centre table with intricate original brass galleries, ormolu mounts and lovely solid brass lion paw feet.

Both shelves formed from single boards of mahogany and bordered with a beautiful solid brass gallery of geometric, and the upper shelf with an elegant chamfered border. The tall cylindrical legs with finely chased brass collars in the Empire manner and each terminating in large solid brass collared Lions paw feet. The frieze to each side of the table set with Ormolu mounts of anthemion leaves centred with an open flower head and at each corner with a floral and ribbon entwined harp.

Very heavy and sturdy, in excellent condition for age with some small surface marks and wear consistent with age and careful use. No worm, repairs or damage.
